CHANGES, NO SHOW, and REFUND POLICIES.

RESERVATIONS

For confirmation of reservations, payment of 50% of the total daily rate is subject to credit card, bank deposit or transfer.
In case of deposit by envelope, confirmation will only be made after checking the deposit in the bank statement of the inn.
If the form of payment is via transfer, we ask you to send the receipt by whatsapp or email.
Once payment is confirmed, an email with a receipt and confirmation of the reservation will be sent automatically.

CHANGES

Any request for cancellation and / or change of reservation must be made by e-mail ([email protected]) and no cancellation or change by telephone is accepted.
Changes to the booking dates are free of charge, however they will be subject to availability and tariff differences. If a credit is generated for the guest, that credit will be refunded through VOUCHER valid for 12 (twelve) months.
Changes to the booking dates of REVEILLON and CARNAVAL are not accepted.

CANCELLATIONS

LOW SEASON Period (01/03 to 06/30 and 01/08 to 12/15): if requested by e-mail up to 15 days before the check-in date, FULL refund only discounting the rates of 8.5% for reservations made by card or R $ 10.00 for TEDs and DOCs from other banks). Requests less than 15 days from the check-in date, a fine of 50% of the total amount of the reservation.

HALF SEASON Period (July and holidays): if requested by e-mail up to 30 days before the check-in date, FULL refund will only discount the 8.5% fees for bookings made by card or R $ 10.00 for TEDs and DOCs from other banks). Requests less than 30 days from the check-in date, a fine of 50% of the total amount of the reservation.

HIGH SEASON period (16/12 to 01/03 - except Carnival and New Year's Eve): if requested by email up to 30 days before the check-in date, FULL refund through VOUCHER to be used within 12 ( twelve) months from the date of issue. Requests less than 30 days from the check-in date, a fine of 50% of the total amount of the reservation.
REVEILLON AND CARNIVAL Periods and Packages: Up to 30 days before the check-in date, 50% fine. Requests less than 30 days before the check-in date, without refund.
Reason for PANDEMIC: Any refund period will be FULL through VOUCHER (valid for 12 months).
No SHOW: Room locked for 12 hours after check-in time, no refund.

WITHDRAWAL AND / OR EARLY EXIT

Withdrawal after early entry or departure will not entitle you to any refund.
